Roar Tessem - CEO
Roar has more than forty years of experience within the E&P industry, having held positions with Elf, Shell, DNO, Deminex, PGS and Det norske oljeselskap.
In 2008, he founded Spring Energy, backed by the private equity firm HitecVision. The Company took part in several major discoveries on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and was subsequently acquired by Tullow in 2012. He was the CEO of Tullow Norway until the end of 2014.
In 2015 he founded Pure E&P and was the CEO of both Pure E&P and Point Resources that later became Vår Energi.

Lars Thorrud - Commercial Director
Lars has more than 30 years of experience from the Norwegian E&P industry with positions in oil and gas industry management covering commercial, strategic, economics and business development. Educational background from geology, geophysics and business administration.
In 2002, he was part of forming Aker Energy and again in 2006, the foundation of Aker Exploration. The latter company acquired the Det norske oljeselskap ASA in 2009. Lars assumed the position as Senior Vice President Business Development and the Managing Director for the subsidiary company, Det norske oljeselskap AS.
Lars was the General Manager of Ithaca Petroleum Norge AS from 2013 and the MD for MOL Norge from 2015. Both companies represented turn-around challenges and new-entrant build-ups to the NCS.

Bjørn Olav Solli - CFO
With more than twenty years of international experience in senior E&P/managerial positions on the NCS, Bjørn Olav has well documented results from controlling, accounting, E&P corporate analysis, planning and financing.
He has strong competence within E&P Operations and procurement and is fully updated on regulatory compliance and government reporting.
Previously he was the Finance Manager in RN (Rosneft) Nordic Oil and has worked with Project Controlling for Head Energy. For a major part of his career, he has held various positions within DEA Norge AS, including 2,5 years at the Head Office in Hamburg.

Bjørn B. Martinsen -
Exploration Director
Bjørn has held the position as an Exploration Director in several other oil companies on the NCS (Hess, Det norske , Ithaca and MOL), with responsibilities included the management of all exploration activities.
He has been involved in the discovery of Johan Sverdrup and other fields resulting in the generation of net recourses to current owners of >400 Mboe. He has extensive experience on the NCS through a number of exploration projects in several technical positions from 1985 and has International G&G experience.
